Cancellation Policy 
All cancellations must be received by The Nanny Mom with in 24 hours of requested service. If not, client will be charged full booking and sitter fees. All booking fees are non refundable unless sitter is at fault, extreme weather conditions or an act of nature.

Sitter Ratio is 1-3 anything extra requires an additional sitter.
