The Nanny Mom was born out of a desire to ensure that families can find the best nanny or sitter(s) for their needs. Juggling life and a career is a challenge in and of itself. Finding someone to help - that should be easier. That’s where we come in.
We're devoted to making the process easier. As a team of experts and parents we understand the importance of reliable, safe yet trust worthy care. We ensure that each and every one of our referred nannies, sitters and household staff has the experience and disposition needed to be a great caregiver -providing a training session to all referred nannies and sitters. Our goal is to help parents create a trusted team with quality staff members.

Owner Regina Stephenson, is a mother to three awesome kiddos and previous professional house manager & nanny of eleven years-she's our lead nanny trainer and placement coordinator. As a former and dance instructor she, has a passion for the arts and most importantly watching children excel and families find peace.
Kara Alexander
NCS & Postpartum Doula Placement Coordinator
Kara has over twelve years of experience as a professional nanny. In addition to bringing a Dual, NCS lactation educator and parent educator. She has a passion for helping families and nannies. As our NCS and placement coordinator Kara brings a wealth of knowledge to both parents and nannies.
